I didn’t realize how 10 days passed.In these 10 days like a family members I learnt everything whatever was taught.Overall the classes are 👍.I M thankful of Radhika N Arunima madam that they have given us such a platform to learn.

I attended the first 10 day intense baking course at The Bakery Institute, Ranchi and must admit it was a very good experience! It’s a great place for the beginners to learn from scratch, while it also is an amazing place for experienced people wanting to learn advanced baking and trending international delicacies – both cakes and other snacks. One gets to do hands on sessions, know about all the tools, techniques and ingredients used in all that they teach. By keeping the batch size small, the team gives enough time for everyone to learn. All the facilities required to learn baking is available at the premise and is open for seeing and touching. The main chef Ms. Arunima’s attention to details, the owner Ms. Radhika Kabra overseeing the whole course and the support staff Ms.Gauri’s entertaining attitude made the learning knowledgeable, joyful and comfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene is well taken off at the premise. All the ingredients are also available right there for buying. The team at the institute also guides the students on entrepreneurship avenues that one can pursue post the course. I wish the take away cake pieces and other products were a little generous 😉.
